PAUK
1. Purpose
1.1 The purpose of the vibration sensors “PAUK-V”, “PAUK-VG” is to detect deliberate destruction of metal grids or metal shields. If someone saws in two, drills or beats them, an alarm is generated.
“PAUK-V”: protection of window, door, decorative grids and uninhabited rooms, gates, fences, etc.
“PAUK-VG”: protection of gutters, grids in the zone of seasonal or heavy shower flood, protective metal constructions influenced by moisture.
1.2. The vibration sensor “PAUK-VP” is to detect deliberate destruction of different fences, walls, baffles from concrete, brick, metal, gyps-carton and to generate an alarm.
2. General Information
2.1. The sensors “PAUK-V” and “PAUK-VG” generate an alarm during the protected grid destruction, sensors dismantling, de-energization, and opening of the case.
2.2. The sensor “PAUK-VP” generates an alarm when somebody tries to destruct the protected surface with a fortool (hammer, scrappage, saw) and with electrical instrument (perforator, drill, plugger).
2.3. The sensor generates an alarm by relay contact breaking of 3 sec min.
2.4. The sensor is intended for continuous outdoor round-the-clock operation. It keeps operating at the ambient temperature -40˚C…+65˚C and relative humidity up to 98% at the temperature +35˚C.
3. Distinctive Features
3.1. There is the sensitivity controller of the sensor.
3.2. Thanks to its technical specifications, the sensor takes one of first places in the security perimeter market.
3.3. “PAUK-VG” has a hermetic case permitting a temporary flood.
3.4. Low consumption current.
3.5. Wide range of supply voltages.
3.6. Small dimensions and light weight.
3.7. The sensor dismantling is impossible thanks to anti tamper switch.
3.8. The sensors case is immune to vandalism.
4. Specifications
4.1. The protected area of the sensors “PAUK-V” and “PAUK-VG” is up to 4m2.
4.2. The area of the protected surface during the sensors mounting “PAUK-VP” in the center:
- concrete, metal is up 9m2;
- brick wall is up to 6m2;
4.3. Parameters of the individual point relay:
- maximum switched current is up to 0,1 A;
- voltage is up to 45V.
4.4. Mean operating time for a false alarm is 3 months minimum.
4.5. Supply voltage is 9…30 V.
4.6. Current consumption in the standby state is 15mA max.
